SAN Nutrition's V12 increases muscle strength and endurance performance while in the gym.  The taste of the V12 is a little strong and can take some getting use to.  My personal preference is to mix it in a small amount of water and take it like a shot 30 minutes before my workout.  This stuff is great I can definitely see a noticeable difference during my workout.  The only flavor that I have personally tried so far is the orange and it reminds me a lot to Tang (with a little extra kick).  However, getting past the taste is only a small sacrifice for getting a good high quality workout.

Recommended Usage
Take one level scoop twice daily, preferably 8 hours apart. V-12 can be combined with Infusion, BCAA-Pro, Methoxybol-7 and/or T-100 for increased athletic performance.
