The
Special K20 protein water is another great tasting
protein drink that is offered by Kellogg's. We have come across
several reviews that have commented how all three flavors taste great
without the aftertaste that is typically found in these types of products.
However at five grams of protein, the
protein amount per serving is pretty small
compared to what one would need for a recommended daily allowance.
There are not enough nutrients to use this type of drink as a meal
replacement but it would be a good source for supplementing the existing
protein in a diet. Also, the low carbohydrate and sugar levels make
this a great substitute for the traditional iced tea and lemonade types of
drinks. There are much better protein drinks out there if you are
looking for something along the lines of a meal replacement but for anyone
looker for a healthier lemonade or iced tea drink the Kellogg's K2O is
worth considering.
