The PowerBar's taste good but really if you look at the ingredients it is nothing but a glorified candy bar.  The first ingredient is High Fructose Corn Syrup which really is a bad indicator for the quality of these bars.  If you are looking for a healthy energy bar then I recommend taking a look at the Labrada Nutrition bars.  Although these bars do taste great, I would recommend saving them for a cheat day.
