If you have never tried Muscle Milk before then you are in for a real treat. CytoSport's Muscle Milk with a variety of 11 different flavors. Although I cannot vouche for all of the available flavors, the chocolate flavor is probably one of the best tasting proteins on the market.

Recommended Usage
Recommended for both men and women. (Adjust serving size to protein needs)
Pre workout: Take 30 minutes up to two hours before workout
Post workout: take within one hour after workout

Mix 8 oz of water per scoop of protein (for example recommend 16 oz of water if consuming 32 grams of protein (two scoops) in one serving).  Use a spoon or blender to mix (blender recommended)
