Taste wise Met-Rx is OK but not on the same level as the Lean Body meal replacement shakes.  However, a little fruit and ice goes a long ways and creates a very tasty high quality meal.

Recommended Usage
Mix one packet in 16 ounces of water (ice and fruit can be added to create a smoothie like shake).  Use a blender for mixing.
