Next Nutrition's Designer Protein is an inexpensive and efficient resource for adding additional protein to your diet.  The Designer Protein brand taste OK but it in my opinion it is not one of the best tasting proteins available today.  However, the whey protein is a high quality protein and drinking shakes between meals is an easy and inexpensive way to add good quality proteins to a diet.  Another great advantage of the Designer Whey Proteins is that they mix well with other protein shakes (especially the vanilla).  If your preferred protein shake is a more expensive brand then mixing a scoop of the Designer Whey can help you reduce the serving size and cut the cost of the more expensive protein.

Designer Whey is also 98% lactose free and contains no aspartame.
 

Recommended Usage
Add 1-3 Scoops per 3-10 oz. of Water, Milk, Yogurt Or Sauce. Stir until the protein is dispersed and drink immediately. Add More Or Less Liquid As You Like (the less liquid the thicker the shake).
